Don Orgeron is a real estate agent that is based in Tampa Bay. As Don began selling to more finer homes and luxury apartments in the area, he felt his branding and website needed a facelift that reflected the values of his clientele. FMK Agency saw this as an opportunity to help Don show off his unique approach of helping buyers find the perfect home. We needed a design that felt refined, yet inviting, so more potential buyers and sellers would feel inclined to work with Don. With that in mind, FMK Agency got to work on a new website.
Results
We worked with Don to build a brand identity and website that felt high-end, designing a mark that felt timeless and using warm tones to appeal to the type of clients he was after. This approach helped him achieve his goal of landing more and better contracts which then allowed him to invest resources into improving the customer’s online experience. Users could more easily find Don’s credentials, contact him, and see featured listings within a single page.
